Recruitment process
- 01
After reviewing a candidate’s application, we will reach out to schedule a first interview. Usually it takes 2-3 days to respond.

The first interview will be with our field expert, who will scrutinise your skills and evaluate if you are a good fit for the role you are applying for.
- 03
The next interview will be with our Head of HR, during which we will discuss your salary requirements and other details.
- 04
If you are selected as the top candidate, you’ll receive a job offer detailing the terms of employment, including compensation and benefits.
